We received confirmation that the Australian government agrees that lawyers can not be sued for negligence.

The Attorney Generals Department has again evaded the questions and responsability for the conflict of interest in the Law of Advocates Immunity which all other Commonwealth nations have abolished. Claiming the government "is not currently minded to progress reforms to change the operation of advocates immunity in Australia"... which means Australian lawyers do not need to know the law, they can act maliciously, fraudulently or negligent and you, the law naive public, can not be compensated for your pain, suffering or losses by their profit making insurance companies...

So if you need an Australian lawyer, you will be best served by taking the law into your own hands and STOP Paying legal fees....

That's right... The convict minded Australians are still lower class citizens to those English Law Regime lawyers....

One conflict of interest law for Australian lawyers and another law for the lower life Australians who dont know the law.

Time to change this authoritarian regime that protects its own from the rest of us in the working public!
