NSW Supreme Court of Appeal judge White and judge McFarlene agree that Australian lawyers don't need to know the law, destroy your lives and you, the Australian public can not sue them for not knowing the law.

This unjust belief that lawyers are above the law in Australia needs to change.

We, the public need to demand that lawyers know the law and act in our best interest or we have a right to sue them and make their profit driven insurance companies pay.

To this day, Australia is the only civilised nation where insurance company profits and negligent or incompetent lawyers benefit unjustly by a special law created by the lawyers.
