Within 5 hours of our petition going live Hounslow Council has offered Loretta a payment plan. Instead of requiring the £1k all at once they are generously offering her the chance to pay in four £250 instalments, starting in February.

It's not good enough though. It needs to be cancelled. Clearly we're having an impact already so keep sharing!
