Sadly one of John's strikes fell off yesterday. So, he might be returning to YouTube. He only has one strike now and would need two more by September 10th to be terminated. So, he might still be cautious until then. What you can do to help is to report any video that he makes that violates community guidelines. You can report it while the video is live or after it ends. And do this from now on. Don't stop just because he comes back.
