My Instagram was disabled for messaging too many people about the petition, which can be viewed as spam. So, be careful if you're doing that or use a different account. Most cast members have verified accounts, who I was messaging. The best option is to use Twitter, YT, and Facebook. If you use Instagram, post and then tag the cast members but don't DM too many people.

1. Click here tor a website that lists 90 Day Fiancé Cast Instagram Handles. 
2. Then make a post on Instagram and tag them.
