I am closing this petition now, with 15,506 signature, as I will deliver a letter referring it to the Prime Minister at Downing Street tomorrow. During the past 7 days I have cycled more than 750km from my home in Juignac, France, with the letter and a form supporting it that has been signed by people I have encountered en route. Many of those people have also kindly given me accommodation, food and motivating conversation as I cycled North. Thank You to them and to all of you who have signed this on-line petition.
