have been laid, this has become a race track, cyclists have total disregard to boat owners, walkers and fishermen.

I have witness several accidents caused by cyclist, Cyclists pay nothing to use the towpaths, no insurance yet they have such a priority.

Remember we have to pay for our boat license and insurance.
