We're Back to School!!!

Well everyone, Christmas break is over and the faculty of Sport and Recreation is back at school! Due to the construction of the village where our classrooms have been for my entire time at Canadore College, we've been moved to the basement of the college into the old campus bar! There are two makeshift temporary walls on both sides of our "classroom" that don't go all the way up to the ceiling. This allows us to hear the ongoing construction happening just on the other side of the right wall and a mysterious toilet flushing on the left side! So far a few students and faculty have nicknamed this "The Dungeon" due to its black ceiling, black sawdusty floors and brick wall which houses the projector screen at the front of the "classroom" and lack of natural light. Trendy? Yes! Hipster? Yes! Classroom that we pay thousands of dollars to learn in? NO!!! Keep your eyes peeled on facebook for more updates as we are constructing our second letter to faculty today!
