With the company's commitment to return staff to the office shortly and not permit any flexibility in the future, this petition will remain open for any interested parties to sign.

Unfortunately, while many would like the company to offer flexibility, they appear to be uncomfortable in voicing this, even in an anonymous setting.

Once many of us return to our multi-hour commutes and see CNRL's peers offering hybrid work options this issue will hopefully resonate with and encourage the silent majority to speak up.

Thanks again to those who have contributed - you're not alone in believing in the future of a better workplace that supports employee's health in a meaningful way.
