Status with Aviva
We are in daily active discussions with Aviva and continue to strongly advocate that TripleGuardTM Insurance pandemic claims are covered and should be paid in all provinces. I have repeatedly and clearly expressed this position to Aviva on your behalf.
Rest assured we have asked Aviva to confirm coverage for our policyholders as quickly as possible. With this in mind, I ask for your continued patience. I understand this has been a frustrating experience for you.
Filing a Claim
We know that many of you have already filed claims for pandemic coverage. Thank you. If you have not done this, but intend to, please click on the link to provide your information. We will provide clear direction on how to proceed with your claim as soon as we have that information from Aviva. I know many of you have contacted us and left messages about your claim. The CDSPI Insurance Advisory Team is working diligently to return every single call, however the volumes are extremely high, and we ask for your patience with this process too.
