"We the undersigned hereby petition this honourable Federal court to order STEPHEN HARPER Prime Minister of Canada to undergo an immediate 30 day psychological evaluation, to determine if his apparent narcissistic personality disorder has caused him to lose grasp of reality. We make this petition based upon his recent actions concerning the Omnibus Crime Bill, his general style of governing and due to an honest fear that he is a clear danger to Canada, her citizens and the rule of law."
