APR 15, 2017 — Our cause reached a high point last December when government announced its intention to ratify the protocol by the end of 2017. Rather than moving quickly to do this, however, it launched another round of consultations! We could speculate about why this might be desirable, or we could focus on making sure ratification happens as promised. To that end, it is critical to promote the petition as much as possible. It has now reached over 26,735 signatures, so we need to continue sharing it in order to strengthen the case for ratification without further delay.
