The main text of the petition has been updated to reflect the fact that Mr. Abrego Garcia is no longer at CECOT, but has rather been moved to a different prison in El Salvador. He remains, however, deprived of his due process rights. 

Additional text has been added to better lay out the rationale for why Canada is in a position to intervene, and why it ought to do so.
