Here's what we're thinking for the centre:

Working with the existing 3 groups (2 bowls and U3A), we will manage the bookings. We have interest from several organisation including Sgiliau, Aneurin Bevan, Schools, a dance school, crafts clubs, the youth service, No Naff Art and many more.

We will expand our Cookery school.

There could be a sensory room for ALN

Office space, the back office/ storage area by door at back of sports hall can be for room hire (support workers /hot desking) as it has its own entrance.

Maybe make one set of toilets into M/F toilets and the other toilets into a laundry room for private and commercial hire (laundrette)

Portacabin art studio (Andy o rourke / no naff art / youth club / wellbeing bring funding.  Potentially funded by arts Council for Wales connect and flourish.

Sgiliau use IT suite during the day as classroom and book the sports hall and art studio and kitchen as end users.

We hire out IT suite during evenings.

We could have a snooker / pool club.

Outside will have a big metal shed for storage for bikes,  bike hub container with toilet with hardstanding and overhead canopy which doubles as allotment space dry area.

We have bbq and camp fire for fun days out the back by bike hub.

Zen garden, mini orchard and allotment out there too, so outdoor toilets and hand wash can be accessed by groups without the centre being opened.

If Lewis and Owen got their funding they could site a portacabin for their recording studio.

It's just initial thoughts of how lots of groups could co exist in the space.

It's something that we will speak to all the groups about and work together to use the space to it's fullest potential.

I'm astounded that CCBC don't even want to meet us.
