Some students and residents are already having financial trouble as it is. We would like to stand up for ourselves and create a healthy petition to show to the city of Chester that we as Widener students, faculty, staff, and Chester residents, are against the installation of parking meters to prevent further parking issues that Widener and the community are already dealing with.
