We have several staten island preschools including Volunteers of America that dont allow cameras to be inside their classrooms.  These are children who are between the age of 3-5 and most of them are non verbal.  As a parent of a special needs child we need to be able to see how their daily needs are being addressed. We need to be able to know that they are getting all the proper services that are entitled to them. They can’t communicate this to us. Its our job to be their voice.
