We the people,of the city of Guelph are tired of finding needles. Wedemand to see a policy put in place that keeps needles off the streets,parks,rivers and walking trails. We demand a place for users to go and safely inject. We demand a place where users can dispose of their needles safely. We demand that health groups that operate in our community put in place,policies and procedures that ensure needles are being returned. If a user recieves five needles they should not be permitted more until they are returned. It is well documented how rampant the needle issue is here in guelph aswell as other drugs and we the citizen's of Guelph want something done. Catching frogs with your kids,trail walking and fishing,or even a simple visit to the park should not be interrupted by dirty needles that put us all at risk. We already saw the little girl in waterloo fall onto a needle. Lets make our community as safe as we can.
