As you may already know: The city was trying to get some of the items of the lawsuit dismissed, but recently the judge held a preliminary hearing, where she ruled that all of our complaints against the city will get to be heard in the trial. Our lawyer, Sabrina Venskus, was on fire and we felt that the judge was sympathetic to our concerns, so we are hopeful that this lawsuit will help curb the abuses that the city is regularly allowing with over development!!!
