The battle begins to save El Monte Valley.
I need all warriors to put on your battle armor to fight the sand mine project. It's the battle to save more than a valley. It's our heritage, our history, our way of life. It's about our water, wildlife, environment, health and more. It's what Lakeside holds near and dear - El Monte Valley.

To stop the plan to destroy El Monte Valley with a sand mine, the community must band together and fight! Signing this petition will show how much the community opposes the sand mine. Please write to your San Diego County District Supervisor to express your strong opposition to this project.
