In March, Veteran Warriors won the Supervision, Protection, and Instruction part of our federal lawsuit challenging the regulation.  This ruling invalidated all assessments completed under the new regulation, thus making all legacy assessment decisions for discharge null and void.

VA is required to draft a new regulation, we need to keep the signatures going.  At a minimum, we need to remove the "each and every" from the regulation for assistance with ADLs and replace it with "regular."

New regulations are NOT written yet, help us get more signatures to support the necessary changes!
