How fitting that we hit 25,000 signatures thirteen years after, almost to the day, that then PM Harper formally apologized for the Government of Canada's role in the atrocities that occurred at residential schools across our land. The fresh news of 215 children buried in Kamloops is a stark realization of these travesties. Our crusade to realize Call To Action 58 started privately years ago.

Going public with this effort, we wanted to turn two voices into many. Thanks to you, we are 25,000+ strong. We know you have been talking and sharing - no words describe the appreciation of your efforts. The success of the petition is because of every single one of you. But, our work is not complete.
