The chilling and gruesome murder/suicide of 7 (Mother and her 4 children, grandmother and grandfather) in one of affluent farms of Western Australia, on May 12, had all trade marks of tragedies bestowed on innocent victims of Family Courts. But there was no mention of the evil in the news. No one dared questioning what was the cause that drove the 61 year old grand father to murder 6 of his closest family members (wife of 38 years, daughter and four grand children he had cared for all their lives) followed by his own chilling suicide. Family Courts of Western Australia, notorious even amongst the notorious Australia's Family Courts, has a dark evil history. Justice Thackray, from Western Australia, the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeal, apparently loved by the Judges of Family Courts (!! wonder why??)... that would immediately show why very quietly he was brought down and replaced... No Judge is held accountable in Family Courts, there is no Judicial Commission and they are 100% protected. A Family Court Juge can only be referred to the Attorney General for "serious judicial misconduct" ... EXCEPT... any referral can only be made by the Chief Justice of Family Court recommended by the Appeal Court ... It can safely be said that No referral has ever been made in the life of Family Courts of Australia. No Judge has ever been removed, disciplined or even mildly criticised. Since these judges all come from the ranks of Lawyers/barristers of Family Courts, they cannot possibly be saints!! The question is why there has never been any Referral, Criticise, Discipline, Removal to and by the Attorney General? Who was protecting "the most protected Judges in the history of Western Civilisation" within the secretive Family Courts? Six weeks after this tragic mass murder, an Australian commercial TV station presented a Current Affairs program. It is only in this 10 minute program that Justice Thackray is mentioned and that this devastated Family were long time victims of Family Courts. Prior to this, all blames were put on the "Mental Health" of the Grand Father. No one asked who pushed this man to the brink of the most heinous of acts? No one asked how much pain had he suffered before he could no longer? These are trade marks of Family Courts' conduct, ask any victim. They push you push you push you and then they dump the blame on you for not coping! Justice Thackray is mentioned in the Current Affairs program, only to say that he has not allowed the release of the Family Court files! He refers to the Gag Law! He says it is against the Law to release these files!. He says they are confidential! Family Court judges religiously guard this draconian and unconstitutional law. They claim this law to be "In the best interest of the child". But the children are all dead, who are they protecting?, the reporter failed to ask. It is highly probable that Justice Thackray was the Judge of this tragic case. But this cannot be known as the files are not and will not be released. It was 9 years ago that under similar circumstances a father was pushed to the edge and threw his 5 year old from the Bridge in Melbourne, Australia. In that tragic case, the then Chief Justice of Family Court (Diana Bryant), was the Case Judge. The Attorney General asks for the files. Chief Justice personally was on her way to give the files of her own case to the Attorney General. She happened to have left the files in her "unlocked" car. She said the files were "stolen" from her car. There was no sign of forced entry into the car. She said the car was unlocked! Yet she knew the files were stolen?? She could have said "I misplaced them" but NO! She said they were stolen. She knew which street (one with no CCTV camera) the files were stolen from. No one disciplined her and she continued in her position for another ten dark gruesome years until forced out by Compulsory Retirement at 12 midnight on her 69th birthday! There is no wonder why the Australian Prime Minister would not call a Royal Commission into Family Courts and has (at great cost to his nation) called all sorts of Parliamentary Enquiries and Commissions (none of which would dare look at the Family Court Judges' conduct and only looked at the Family Law). This can of worm's stench will forever be around and no matter how long, decades of abuse of human rights would have to come into light. Misconduct by design and knowledge of the perpetrator of the misconduct coupled with cover-up of all involved, amounts to Crimes Against Humanity.
