When the laws drafted by Operators of Family Law provide for total impunity against any prosecution, it is no longer considered a corrupt conduct but criminal when knowingly the Courts facilitate for Organised Criminals to flourish at the cost of destruction of children and their families. Family Courts continue to engage in this conduct when they know most of their victims will be destroyed during the process that is designed to profit lawyers, judges and report writers with the backing of parliaments and governments. On the surface, the Mafia, is a rogue entity, simply because we believe none of our elected officials and police and judiciary are not a part of the organised crime. What happens when our Courts operate with the same principles used in organised crime operation BUT are immune from any prosecution by the elected officials, police or the judicial pillar of our democracy? It becomes what Family Courts have become. It sits comfortably above the law, with no oversight and no fear of prosecution. This is called Crime Against Humanity. They know what they are doing is illegal, corrupt and criminal but they go ahead and do it, fearless and arrogant, anyway. Those affected by this evil demon of our society must inform the general public and start a mass campaign to investigate crimes of Family Courts against Children and Parents.
