UNCONSTITUTIONAL Family Court Judges' ABSOLUTE POWER: Corrupts Absolutely & Demoralises the Public "Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority; still more when you superadd the tendency of the certainty of corruption by authority.” Family Court Judges enjoy the most unprecedented (since the Dark Ages) unchecked power over people's lives and property. The victims of Family Courts have done nothing wrong, illegal or unlawful. They have only made a mistake of taking their divorce matter to these “courts”. What these courts have done to the lives of millions of innocent children and their families should be investigated and perpetrators tried in an International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity. The law makers that allowed such absurd laws, a tragic mockery of justice and truth, pass in Parliaments, to be implemented in Family Courts, they have, collectively committed crimes against humanity. Governments that ignore and have ignored for decades the cries of Family Court victims for investigation of corruption, fraud and organised crime in every area of these courts, they, collectively commit crimes against humanity. The un-corruptible lawyers are bullied by judges and do not speak up. Through this deplorable collusion, they protect the corrupt judges and their incomes, they act against their professional “Code of Conduct and Oath”, they contribute to poisoning of the fountain of justice, they endanger children and parents' lives and destroying the parents’ livelihood. They are the enablers of crimes against humanity in Family Courts. The judges pull strings in cases where the lawyers are the Judges' husbands/wives/business associates. These judges commit a crime, they destroy lives, they cost the society billions of dollars, poison the fountain of justice and commit the most heinous of crimes against humanity. The protectionist laws give blanket immunity against prosecution to Family court judges. As a direct result, crime, fraud and corruption flourish and organised crime takes over all aspects of Family Courts. “Everybody likes to get as much power as circumstances allow, and nobody will vote for a self-denying ordinance.” When unconstitutional Gag Laws, that only apply to Family Courts, prevent the media reporting on Family Court cases. As a result, public remains in the dark. Similar to crimes against humanity in the Nazi Germany and the Crimes of paedophile priests against children in Catholic Church, public are kept in the dark with regard to crime, corruption and fraud in Family Courts. “Absolute power demoralises.” When public are kept in the dark, politicians are petrified of tackling the most powerful judiciary, victims of Family Courts are silenced and destroyed, lawyers are bullied and gagged by the judges, judges have total immunity against prosecution, … Absolute, all encompassing corruption flourishes. Citizens lose faith in their government and their country. Tyranny replaces the rule of law and democracy. “Despotic power is ALWAYS accompanied by CORRUPTION of MORALITY.” Family Courts cannot be salvaged or reformed. Corruption is in every fibre of its existence. Investigate, prosecute the perpetrators of crime against innocent victims and close down the Family Courts! Lucy Reed, a tenant at St John’s Chambers in Bristol, doesn’t divulge the exact details of the bullying. “I’m not going to tell that story here, because it is intimately bound up with the private details of my client’s case,” she explains in her popular legal blog, Pink Tape. She continues: “[It’s] also because it is actually too hard a story to relive.” However, Reed — who was prompted to share her own experience of bullying from the bench after several barristers went public with their stories earlier this month — does discuss the profound impact it had on her. And continues to have. Earlier this week she relived the experience and, she writes: “…I was unexpectedly right back there, a gibbering wreck, wracked with guilt for breaking down at court, for failing a client (I didn’t but at the time I felt that I had), humiliated at my inability to cope and the treatment of me in front of peers and clients, powerless to make it stop because the judge had complete control.” Reed’s blog uses ‘Me Too’ in its title, after the much-used hashtag which came to prominence in the wake of a string of accusations made against media mogul Harvey Weinstein. She said: “What I have realised is that I felt all those things that survivors of abuse describe feeling, all those things that the victims of sexual predators feel: shame, guilt, powerlessness, a crisis of confidence. I thought I was over it, but talking about it I was right back there. Paralysed again.” Elsewhere, Reed writes: “Film producers are to aspiring actors what judges are to lawyers. What they say goes. My experience of judicial bullying has helped [me] appreciate why it is that women don’t often call it out. Because they are powerless, paralysed, silenced.”
