The Family Courts of Australia, in retaliation to the mother exposing corruption in Family Courts, colluded with Sydney's criminal characters, and fraudulently bankrupted the mother. Like Susan in Sacramento, while the mother (in Australia) with two children in her full time care, with no access to her own savings and income (Bankruptcy Trustee had confiscated all her income and savings) was Ordered by the Family Court to be evicted by the Sheriff in front of her Children during their school holidays. The same was done to Susan in California (see https://youtu.be/x8PAivEUW9Y via @YouTube ) The Father earns in excess of $1M per year, has several properties and does not pay for children. The Mother's last income was $11,000 per year, she borrows to feed her kids and survive. The Father does not pay towards Children's costs. The Father committed perjury and fraud in Court. The legal representative fixed the Judge from a different City, his own friend, for the Trial Hearing. The Judge accepted the $1M hidden (and not declared by the father) in Father's Legal Firm's bank account as common and accepted practice! The $1M was not added to his assets. The Judge ignores an Application for perjury and instead allows an inadmissible apology by the Father into the Court Documents. The Judge refuses to set her Orders aside pending the Appeal Hearing. The Judge refuses to take documents of Mother's income as evidence. The Judge Orders the mother to pay the Father $10,000 per month (she knew the mother could not pay) by borrowing more money pending the Appeal Hearing of an Order entrenched in errors of fact, justice and accounting. The Judge would not accept Mother's income statement or the bankruptcy notice filed against her be admitted into evidence. The Judge did not allow a new Affidavit in relation to the bankruptcy that was sworn by the Mother be filed, From the same document the Judge Ordered the Mother to pull out a document to advance the case of the Father! The illegal and Corrupt Conduct of the Judge cannot be investigated in any Court or Tribunal. The Family Court Judges have total impunity. Only her Orders can be Appealed. Appeal is before the Appeals Court. The Appeals Court will not give a date for the Hearing. In the mean time the Original Orders that the Judge refused to set aside were used by the Father to bankrupt the Mother in a different jurisdiction fraudulently. The Family Court Ordered the Mother 6 weeks to vacate her home on New Years Day. The Barrister lied in Court to obtain those Orders. The barrister did not mention the pending bankruptcy application by the Father, the barrister's client. The Mother announced the Barrister is lying. The Judge Ordered her to take those comments back or leave the Court. The Mother took her Comments back. But the Barrister had lied to the Court and the Father had lied on his sworn Affidavit. The Family Court Ordered the Sherrif to enforce the Eviction Orders of the Family Courts. The Judge Ordered the Mother to pay the Father's legal costs. In none of these Hearings and Orders Children and their "best interest" are even mentioned. The Judge and barristers refer to the "Orders" as the Father's Victory! Victory? In a Court of Law? When allegations of corruption cannot be investigated? The trail of large sums of money cannot be investigated.
