Please Testify: Sites Water Right hearing this week (Nov 4th)

We wanted to let you know that there will be a California Water Board meeting on the Sites Reservoir proposed water right for 987,000 acre feet of water a year from the Sacramento River this week on November 4th. We really need people to speak out against this massive new water right especially because many of the conditions that were proposed to protect the Bay Delta and rivers have been stripped from the final proposed right.
