Yesterday we had a very successful petition delivery and online action, and it’s all thanks to your incredible support. We had a great turnout with multiple news crews and people from all walks of life: three girls in high school, young moms, adult women and men, college students – one mother brought her two sons and partner to participate. It was so nice to meet all who attended, and I’m so grateful for their help yesterday. We rallied in front of the Santa Clara Courthouse with signs, t-shirts, and boxes of petition signatures. I spoke, and many participants shared with the rest of the us why they support the campaign, then we began marching and chanting. We were later able to talk to a Public Information Officer who accepted your 1.2 million signatures! Not only that, but we surpassed our goal on ThunderClap by over nine times.
