"While on a visit home to see my family, I supported my sister in a hearing regarding her children. This judge dismissed every restraining order against the father. Dismissed all psychological meetings the children had where they talked about the abuse (including holding a gun to his son's head). Dismissed ALL prior restraints previous judge had put in place on the father. Dismissed a central meeting place for the parent to meet between La Quinta and Las Vegas and instead requires the mother to drive the entire way to drop off AND pick up children. Dismissed all police reports of the times the father broke all guidelines set in place by the prior judge. Told the father he still does not need to provide any child support. And gave him every thing he asked for. He never let my sister or her attorney complete a sentence or even a story listing the ways the father was essentially breaking the law. He even flat out said in the courtroom that he will never give the mother any rights. He is a disgrace. It is a personal vendetta he has, he has no consideration for the children and the damage he does to them"
