CALIFORNIA'S LT. GOVERNOR - NEW WINE FOR AN OLD BOTTLE

A new look for an old petition, and a shorter better text. With the current Lt. Governor, Eleni Kounalakis, already declaring as a candidate for Governor, perhaps this is a good time to share this with friends on twitter, facebook, etc. and see if it can be an idea that gets traction.  Give it a try.
