Our American Physician Associates aka the PhA Organization is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit.
Our mission is to bring back mainly foreign-trained MDs with the high valuable-yet-forgotten ECFMG Certificates to practice with a new license PhA aka Physician Associates, a mid level medical professional similar but higher to PA physician Assistant, and lower than MDs. We have delineated an extensive project development details.

We would like you to join our campaign for our PhA Residency Pilot program that is in the progress turning into an initiative and then a bill and eventually become a new law of California to recognize foreign-trained MDs with ECFMG Certificates as Physician Associates Licence aka PhA License. PhAs would practice for at least three to four years with intensive CME participation to credit their clinical hands-on experiences plus their academic medical knowledge so that they would be able eventually to finalize their MD license.
That is our PhA Organization Mission. We aim to nurture the American Dream for foreign-trained MDs like you and me and your families. With your hard work and dedication, yet you are forgotten from the eyes of the American Public, we found our organization standing on your side as well as the American Public side to remind the American People that they have a very ready and enriched resources of quality medical professionals to use right here. That is the PhA Project is all about.
We cannot do this alone, we need you. This PhA project Residency Pilot program would be an initiative and a Bill and it will circle is the general election and wind up in the Governor Office to become the new law, if that is its destiny path! Please help our organization by emailing us your information. We particularly need CALIFORNIA REGISTERED VOTERS to make a list of 300 to 400 of them!
