Dear friends:

Climate Change is now Irreversible.  Climate scientists have known about it for several years, but finally it has become official with the public admission by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in a recent report.

This means that the Climate can not be reverted to what it was 50 or more years ago, and that only global transformation to carbon-negative economies  done at emergency speed can mitigate the worsening of the Climate.

In the meantime, expect the continuance and worsening of Climate Change-Related events for many years to come.

To avoid the worst, the time is now to go carbon-negative globally (one city, one county, one state and even one country going carbon-negative) will not mitigate Climate Change).  

It is also time to deploy Climate Change Deep Adaptation according to the needs of each region.  Indonesia is showing the way by deciding to move their capital Jakarta (30 million people) to a much secure location in the island of Borneo.

Never give up, but act based on Climate Change reality, not on misinformation fed to the masses by the powers that be, who for the sake of their profits are willing to sacrifice everything and everybody.

Keep on getting more signatures for this petition.  It helps to keep the pressure on out politicians in all ways.
