Petition updateCalifornia Governor: Issue a CLIMATE CHANGE EMERGENCY DECLARATION before it's too lateEnd of Winter BERING SEA ICE EXTENT lowest ever recorded

Dear friends:
NASA has just released a report about the Bering Sea essentially being ICE-FREE as of April 29th, 2018. The Bering Sea is missing about 500,000 square kilometers (193,050 square miles) of ice cover for that time of the year.
Above-normal air temperatures in the Fall and early Winter, plus one of the stormiest Winters are the likely cause of that unprecedented low "ice extent".
This great anomaly will contribute to a hotter and drier Summer and Fall in many parts of the Globe, promoting extreme drought and fires.
