Despite his pretty high principles, Governor Jerry Brown has not been immune to the influence of Big Money. A Climate Change Major Disaster Declaration will upset many corporations but, at this juncture, with all the Climate-related disasters taking place in California and the certainty of more to come, Jerry Brown can be swayed to issue this life-saving declaration at the twilight of his political career.
