Continuing Our Efforts to #StopSucking

Hello there, Thank you again for all your continued support, we at Castro Valley High School Smart Environment Club are so grateful to have the opportunity to create positive change in our community. Our petition has collected over 350 signatures since it's start! This is a tremendous accomplishment, and wouldn't have been possible without every one of you! We'd like to share an article by NPR about recent national and global developments in the anti-straw movement. Restaurant associations in several cities across the United States have begun to enforce "straw upon request" regulations, or eliminating the use of straws altogether. I believe that we can make it happen here in Alameda County ― all we need is your help! Thankful, Chelsea CVHS Smart Environment Club (Co-President)
