Jacob Wohl is a danger to society and to the people of each community in which he lives or travels.  He lacks the moral character required under California law to hold a Carry Concealed Weapon Permit and it is unclear as to how he was ever able to obtain such a permit. Among other things, Jacob has fabricated charges against Robert Mueller and Michael Avenatti, reported false death threats against himself in violation of the law (using a real image), committed securities fraud, embezzled funds from clients, purposely disseminated false information concerning Senator Harris and Rep. Omar, plotted to fabricate and spread bogus information in connection with the 2020 election, and has been banned from Twitter for unethical conduct.

We are calling for an immediate investigation into the circumstances surrounding Jacob's initial permit application and are demanding that Jacob be stripped of his concealed handgun permit in light of his recent conduct, which demonstrates bad moral character and a complete lack of ethics.
