I am extremely disappointed to hear that some people seem to have the thought process that racing these horses to their deaths is saving them from being slaughtered?!

This makes no sense! Both of my personal horses were horse slaughter rescues and they are living out their days in the pasture. These beautiful horses can find loving homes and they do not have to be sent to slaughter. The less horses you raise for racing the less horses there will be needing homes! 

Stop this madness already. There is NO excuse for the injuring and killing of these poor chuckwagon horses!!
