Singleton Council are at it again

Well obviously Singleton council elections are over. Our last correspondence via a phone call to the council was to follow up on our letter that we hadn’t received a reply to. As we were attempting to resolve any issues or problems and exercising all due diligence they were going to call us back. That was 6 months ago and one council election later.

So now after 6 months a registered post letter has been received from Singleton council. They have once again given us 28days to remove the heritage Australian flag from the roof of our hotel or a demolition order will be issued. They are also threatening a $500,000.00 fine if the heritage flag is not removed within the 28 days.

We ask the people of Australia and the world actually ’How un-Australian can you be?’

We urge Singleton council to correspond with us to help resolve this matter.
