The next step is to get a response from Cafe del Mar Bali and achieve our overall goal of getting the service charge, the THR allowance and the BPJS paid to all employees as soon as possible. We would also like to see a public apology. If they do not respond, next week we will report them to Depnaker, which is the office responsible for carrying out policies relating to manpower.

While we understand the difficulty of the situation experienced by the business due to the coronavirus pandemic, we do not support the decision to pass their debts on to employees. Paying the staff should be their first priority.
