Dear supporters,
I’m writing to tell you that thanks to all of you, this petition now has over a 250,000 signatures! That’s over a quarter of a million people like you declaring that Restaurant Brands International must end the use of battery cages in its egg supply chain. Thank you so very much for your support. Every time someone else signs this petition, we are able to show RBI and its brands, Burger King, Popeyes, and Tim Hortons, the growing public pressure to do the right thing.
The campaign is going strong and we are surely getting to RBI and its brands. The companies are blocking us, deleting our comments, and showing fear of our strength. Complete the following quick actions to keep this momentum going!
Action 1 - Email RBI’s executive vice president and chief supply chain officer and operations officer, Rodrigo Musiello. Click here or copy and paste the email below!

Subject: Do the right thing!
Dear Rodrigo,
I am writing because I have joined over a quarter of a million people http://chng.it/XDdNvfbNYV in demanding that RBI do the right thing and adopt a global cage-free egg policy for the eggs it uses in its supply chain. Right now, many of the eggs your restaurants use come from hens crammed into cruel, tiny cages, unable to turn around or even spread their wings. They are unable to express their natural behaviors and oftentimes must live with their dead and dying cage-mates.
Please do the right thing and end the use of battery cages in RBI’s egg supply chain, as many others, including Sodexo, Shake Shack, and Unilever, have already done.
Thank you.
Action 2 - Comment on Burger King’s latest Facebook post asking when the company will adopt a global cage-free egg policy.
Sample comment: I signed this petition that has over a quarter of a million supporters asking @BurgerKing to sign a global cage-free egg policy for the eggs on its menu. When will Burger King do the right thing and release a commitment??? #BurgerKingBrutality http://chng.it/XDdNvfbNYV
Action 3 - Submit a Tim Hortons Contact Form
Sample comment: Hi, I’m really concerned that Tim Hortons still doesn’t have a global cage-free egg policy. I signed this petition that has over a quarter of a million supporters calling on Tim Hortons to make this positive change. When will Tim Hortons do the right thing and release a commitment??? http://chng.it/XDdNvfbNYV
Thank you for your continued support of this petition. We can’t do this without your help so please continue to spread the word with your friends and family. Every signature gathered is a step closer to getting hens out of cages
