Hi all

Although the petition is now closed we thought you might like to know that a follow on programme of the War on Plastic series featuring the petition will be on TV on the BBC 1 at 9.00 p.m. tomorrow.

The part Ella and Caitlin are in was filmed last year and the screening of the programme was put on hold because of the pandemic.   The pandemic has also meant (understandably) that the spotlight has been off plastic pollution to some degree.  However this issue remains and continued pressure is needed from consumers on businesses and governments to save our seas and enviroment.   

Don't forget if you go to McDonalds to see if they are genuninely offering a choice of fruit etc or a toy.
