Overflow Room: Room 421 has been reserved as an overflow room in the event that there is insufficient seating capacity in the Hearing Room. Room 421 will have a TV broadcast feed of the hearing and members of the public will be able to provide public comment.
Telephone Bridge Line: A telephone bridge line (415-554-9632) has been set up for those Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or participate in this meeting but are unable to physically attend. A member of the public may call into the Board’s ‘Telephone Bridge Line’ at 1 + (415) 554-9632. Up to thirty persons may listen on this conference line, and may be recognized to speak during public comment periods. Call 1 + (415) 554-9632 after 5:00 pm. and a staff person will handle requests to speak at the appropriate times on the agenda.
We will have reserved seating for seniors and disabled people. If a senior or disabled individual attends the hearing and needs to leave before the appeals are called, they can provide a written statement that can be read by another person at the hearing. We will provide pens and paper. Please be aware that public comment is generally limited to three minutesI will try to make arrangements to have an extra staff person available to facilitate the process and accommodate requests.
I estimate that the appeals related to 100 Larkin Street will be heard at approximately 7:30 pm. Please note that this is an estimate, and it is possible that they would be heard earlier or later than that time.
