Class Action Lawsuit Against Wildcard Studios for consumer abuse with Ark Survival Evolved

The Issue

Problem
Wildcard Studios has released a paid product (Ark: Survival Evolved) that requires its consumers to lose sleep, dedicate thousands of hours, and spend time away from friends and family to be competetive. These are choices the consumer makes when buying the product. The problem here is that they do not fix the problems with their product or when a consumer loses progress they do not have a proper system in place to restore lost time. Service calls take at least a week to schedule a meeting and meetings take over a month to complete. Wildcard has released a psychologically addictive product that requires an exuberant amount of time to use but they do not fix the problems with it. Ex.Consumers losing hundreds to thousands of hours of progress due to failure of the product, failed safeguards to prevent against cheaters and hackers (meshing and DDoSing), and the product comepletly crashing causing hours of progress to be lost.

Solution
Option A(preferred): Wildcard Studios hire additional employees to resolve product failing components and support tickets faster. 0-5 hours on response and 1-3 days on resolution.

Option B: Settle for a monetary amount to all of its consumers. A complete refund of the product and a compensation settlement for the consumers’ loss of time.

Personal story
Ark Survival Evolved is a paid product, a hobby for most of its consumers. I myself have seen others lose much more. I have spent hours on a single task just for the product to crash and lose all that progress. It causes anger, frustration, and helplessness. This product does not function as advertised. Wildcard Studios needs to fix this product!
