I want to Salute Three Judges in The Santa Clara County Superior Court Civil Division:

#1. Hon’ble Judge Carol J. Overton: The Judge who issued the Temporary Restraining Order against The Bully in August 2021.

#2. Hon’ble Judge Shawna Schwarz: The Judge who issued The Permanent Restraining Order against the Bully & specifically Commended me for Outstanding & Exemplary Behavior through the entire saga in the Transcript of The Judgement on December 6, 2021 and observed that The Bully is “a menace to Society”

#3. Hon’ble Judge Peter Kirwan  who saw through The Bully & his wickedness & Expunged The Lien that The Bully had put on Our Precious home in June 2022.

There Certainly is Justice in America but it’s painfully slow & mentally agonizing for The Aggrieved Party & a huge drain of financial resources & sufferings in the mean time.

I can only hope that Hon’ble Judge Peter Kirwan will continue to Judge Wisely on September 29, 2022.

Meantime The Bully has appealed Judgements #1 & #2 in The California State Appeal Court District Court 6.

Please PRAY that The appeal Court sees through the Bully’s Wickedness & throws out the appeal.

Then & Only Then can I even “Hope” to get back the Legal Fees that I paid & which The Trial Judges declared that The Bully needs to pay me.

: if a Bully knows the System & can harass you to the point of destroying you by using & plying the Judicial System, then such a Bully will do so!
