We as a Family have WAITED 572 Days to see this Development TODAY & getting our Garbage Bin Serviced!!!
Ofcourse The Bully was caught unawares & was Red like a tomato & chased after the Truck.
No he is Not a PTSD or Cuckoo. It’s Just that A Person of Color won & and That goes against the Lies he tells about me & others.
Ofcourse I won’t share the video of him going Red like a tomato & chasing after the Recycle Truck to give that driver a piece of his foul mouthed verbiage. I as a person of Color am forbidden from even mentioning his name, his picture or his video as he enjoys “Protected Privileges” that I & millions of others are Not Permitted to have. If we do it we are deemed as defaming the bully.
If I show him I am defaming him but my pictures are all over the street & into neighbors letter boxes & lots of trash talk about me by him & that is Not Defamation of me as per the System. He can say any lie about me and that should "Stick" whereas he is Privileged to Lie.
I speak The Truth about the 572 Days of Drama & Agony for me & my family but he enjoys every protection from The City of San Jose tacit and otherwise.
Even Today it’s me Standing & hardly any one physically standing shoulder to shoulder with me. Four other families stand behind me in fright. (Korean, Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese and others: all of who are Petrified of The Bully except this Kerala Malayalee Indian American & I am paying the hefty price in legal fees for that)
However we were Not So Lucky with The Recycle Company who came later to service that bin. That Driver was forced by The Bully to walk on foot & get our Recycle Bin. ‘Cause by that Time The Bully was out on the Road waiting for the Truck so that our bin is not serviced!
This & other forms of Bullying is what I am seeking to end for my family & me as well as four other families troubled by the bully.
Oh Well!!! We live from week to week with the menace of Bullying.
Btw we are not living in our home (where these videos are from) its what we are seeing remotely on our security camera.
We own a home but cannot live there due to ongoing Terror by The Bully who moves around Scott free at will & being a Menace to Society as per A Judge of The Santa Clara Superior Court who heard us for the CHRO matter. But CHRO The Bully cares two hoots for.
So the Journey for Action & Justice is STILL ON!
please have folks sign & hopefully authorities will STOP BULLYING OF PEOPLE OF COLOR & Even Those who Oppose it. The Bully spares No One!
