Title: Justice Denied – Voting Barred

Justice denied. The Ombudsman has reopened my case. But the council still won't act.

Voting barred. The committee cancelled the AGM in October 2024. No elections for over a year. They cannot be voted out. Because they won't let a vote happen. The cancelled AGM protects the perpetrators.

The evidence summary I've compiled has been sent to Councillor Lydia Hyde and Bayo Alaba MP. It documents at least 15 plot holders directly affected – on multiple occasions. Some issues remain unresolved and ongoing.

Incidents include:

· A 92-year-old war veteran isolated so they could take his plot
· Threats to chop up a shed
· Malcultivation notices to disabled plot holders without any inquiry about their health
· Homophobic harassment ignored
· Refusal to provide meeting minutes (breaching their own constitution)

Multiple witness statements have been provided.

The council has the evidence. They have done nothing.
