We are excited to partner with Upper Broadway Advocates (UBA) to host an Educational Housing Community Meeting. State housing laws are dense and intentionally confusing; this meeting will break them down in plain English so we can look at exactly how they impact Rockridge.

We will focus heavily on both the 6230 Claremont proposal and the nearby Trader Joe's project (5727 College Ave). We will have 3D architectural models of both projects so we can clearly visualize what is being planned. This is a fantastic, relaxed setting to get informed, ask questions, and coordinate our strategy.
