Hi all, I wanted to provide you with an update on the petition for protected bike lanes on Johnston St from Kew to Carlton. 

• The petition has amassed 1245 signatures so far. Thank you for your support!
• The request for protected bike lanes on Johnston St has been brought to the Victorian Parliament. Ellen Sandell, MP for Melbourne, recently introduced the petition to the Minister for Active Transport during question time, asking them to meet with me to discuss the petition. Watch the clip here. 
• The petition has been sent to the mayors of Yarra City Council, City of Melbourne and City of Boroondara, as well as the relevant state government ministers
• Follow us on Instagram for campaign highlights and to help get the word out about a safer and more liveable Johnston St
