Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared the Homes, Not More Storage petition. Every signature represents another community member making their voice heard about the future of El Mirage.

The storage project went through the City’s approval process in 2024, including public hearings. However, many residents we are hearing from today do not feel they had a meaningful voice in deciding what they wanted to see developed at this location.

That is one of the reasons this petition matters.

We want a stronger community conversation about development in El Mirage and whether valuable land could better serve residents through housing, restaurants, and other amenities our community needs.

Our next goal is 75 signatures.
