Hi, Lorenzo arrived in Guatemala this afternoon. The urgent request for the stay of deportation was denied yesterday by the Board of Immigration Appeals based on their determination that the motion to reopen request, that was also filed, was going to be denied. I really want to thank everyone that shared and signed. It means a lot. Our story is not over. I plan to prove hardship and have his 10 year ban waived so that he can be granted a visa and legally return to his family. I'm hopeful we will be successful. Thank you, Melanie
