1 million signatures required

This petition asks for 1 million signatures, not 100.. i dont know how that goal was falsely set.. 1 million signatures please! 100 is not the goal and will do nothing to change anything... 100 x 10,000 signatures please According to Singaporean Law "A person is considered to be begging if: his conduct is calculated to "induce the giving of alms", whether or not there is any pretence of singing, playing, performing, offering anything for sale or otherwise."
